Welcome to the first official Ashdown Forest app! Whether you live locally, are a regular visitor to our 40 + car parks or have arrived here for the first time, we hope that this app can help your understanding and appreciation of this magical area.
It includes GPS-triggered places of interest (POIs), some of which are well-known visitor attractions, and guides you round some of the Forest’s top walks.
The app has been developed by the Conservators of Ashdown Forest as part of their contribution to the Weald Forest Ridge Landscape Partnership Scheme with the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund and Wealden District Council.
The App is one of a growing number of the ‘Welcome to…’ series developed by Audio Trails (www.audiotrails.co.uk)
